Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DecorAI is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. You can reach us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA) to use DecorAI.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One person per account; sharing logins is not permitted.

3. How DecorAI works

DecorAI lets you upload a photo of your room and uses third-party AI models to generate a redesigned image in the AI interior style you choose. Output is a creative suggestion, not a construction plan.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the room photos you upload and the renderings generated from them.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content strictly to operate the Service.
• You promise that you have the right to upload each photo and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that contain people without their consent.
• Upload illegal, hateful, sexual, or violent content.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract underlying AI models.
• Use DecorAI to build a competing AI interior design app.
• Abuse rate limits, scrape, or otherwise overload the Service.

6. DecorAI Pro & subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription ("DecorAI Pro"). Pricing is shown in-app before checkout, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account, managed through RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
• You can cancel anytime in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Free tier & ads

The free version of DecorAI may show ads served by Google AdMob and may limit how many AI room design renderings you can generate per day. Upgrading to DecorAI Pro removes ads and lifts these limits.

8. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated images are creative interpretations. They are not surveys, architectural drawings, or contractor bids. Always verify measurements, materials, and code requirements with a qualified professional before starting any renovation.

9. Third-party services

DecorAI depends on third-party providers, including but not limited to RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. We rely on them to operate the Service and we are not responsible for their downtime or changes in their terms.

10. Intellectual property

The DecorAI name, logo, design, and software are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You can delete your account anytime from the App.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App and on this page; continued use of DecorAI after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
